Bank of Baroda is the only Indian Bank operating in UAE since 1974, carrying out full fledged banking operations, with 6 branches - Dubai , Deira, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras-Al-Khaimah and Al Ain. In Oman also, we have 3 branches – Muttrah (2 branches) and Salalah. Recently we have opened a branch in Bahrain as well. We are in a process of spreading our wings in other parts of GCC countries i.e. Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Bank is acting as a strong facilitator for investments in U.A.E. from India as well from other countries where it is present apart from Indian companies and industries in U.A.E.

Bank is offering a wide range of products and value based services to meet entire Banking requirements of Individuals, SMEs and Corporates in U.A.E. and Oman.
 

For the Corporate / SME segment, we provide whole range of products viz. Working Capital Funding, Project Finance, Term Loans, Structured / Tailor made Financial Solutions including International Trade Finance and Treasury Products. For larger corporates, we arrange and participate in Syndicated Loans.

For the financial needs of Individuals, we have the “Retail Banking Shoppe”, the One Stop Shop at Dubai Main Office with a basket full of Retail Loan Products to offer and are accepting deposits at very attractive rates. For NRIs, we provide all kinds of NRE Rupee A/cs, NRO Rupee A/cs as well as FCNR (B) deposit accounts.

We provide instant and on-line money transfer to India through “Rapid Funds2India” whereby the funds transfer is not only instant and safe but also free of cost* and at competitive exchange rates.

We have sizeable number of ATMs. For the customer’s convenience, we have ambitious plans to add more ATMs in the near future. We have also extended our timings up to 8 pm in the evening in some of our branches whereby customers can transact their Banking needs during these hours too. Shortly, for the convenience of our customers, we are to introduce remittance services up to 10 p.m. and also on Fridays. Other services in the offing are: Opening of more Customer Service Centers at strategic locations in U.A.E., introduction of transaction based Internet Banking, Debit Cards / Credit Cards, more Wealth Management services for High Networth Individuals etc.

Our Bank's Centenary is just over. We further commit ourselves to our customers and patrons and assure them on behalf of the Bank that all our endeavors and initiatives would be customer centric by way of - continuous improvement in our products and services, best global practices, offering modern technology aided banking, introducing innovative ideas etc. than ever before and standing as a testimony to the dictum “Customers our Concern”.
