Who can open deposit accounts with us:

Individuals / Undertakings who are residing / operating outside the UAE and are eligible to be treated as Professional Client (as defined by the Dubai Financial Services Authority) can open deposit accounts with us. Individuals:

1. Account Opening Form
2. Attested Copies of Passport
3. Attested Copies of identification documents
4. Copy of address proof.
5. Latest Passport size photographs of all the depositors.
6. Other specific requirements as per "Account opening form" .

Corporates:

1. Commercial Registration
2. Certificate of Registration
3. Memorandum and Articles of Association / Partnership Deed
4. Copies of official photo identity of authorised signatory(ies)
5. Latest Audited Balance Sheet
6. Fax Agreement
7. Board Resolution to open and operate account with Bank of Baroda, OBU.
8. Anti Money Laundering report as applicable.
9. Other specific requirements as per "Account opening form" .
