Privacy Policy

Mobile Banking services are offered to our customers from the Bank of Baroda’s Mobile Banking Application. Bank Of Baroda UAE (herein after called ‘The Bank”) is strongly committed to protect the privacy of the personal information of our customers, including information that is of a confidential nature for a customer availing any of the mobile banking services by using mobile Banking App.

The Bank has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the customer information and its transmission through the secured banking portal and it shall not be held liable for any disclosure of the confidential information in accordance with this privacy statement or disclosure as decided by the Bank as per the terms and conditions.

The Bank endeavors to safeguard and ensure the security of the information provided by the Customer. Bank of Baroda UAE, uses 128-bit Secured Socket Layer encryption, for the transmission of the information which is the highest permitted level of password encryption in UAE.

Customer is required to co-operate with the Bank in order to ensure the complete security of the information and it is recommended that the customers necessarily choose their passwords carefully such that no unauthorized access is made by a third party.

The Customer should undertake not to disclose their password/OTP to anyone or keep any written or other record of the password, such that a third party could access it.

Bank of Baroda does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations etc. and the Bank secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Bank of Baroda secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
